Molei Tao joined Georgia Tech’s School of Mathematics in 2014. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, he held the prestigious postdoctoral position of Courant Instructor in the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University. He obtained his PhD in Control & Dynamical Systems with a minor in Physics from California Institute of Technology. His research interests center around the analysis, numerics, and control of multiscale stochastic mechanical systems.
Cassandra Telenko joined Georgia Tech in January 2015. Her prior appointments include a postdoctoral research position in the MIT-SUTD International Design Centre with joint appointments at MIT and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). She was a National Science Foundation Graduate Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin where she earned her PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
Dr. Mourigal joined Georgia Tech in 2015 as an assistant professor in the School of Physics. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, he completed a three-year postdoctoral research fellowship at the Institute for Quantum Matter at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He earned his PhD in experimental physics jointly from the Institut Laue-Langevin in Grenoble, France and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Alice Favero joined the Georgia Tech faculty in 2014 and is a visiting Assistant Professor in the School of Public Policy where she teaches Environmental Policy (undergraduate) and Climate Change policy (undergraduate and graduate). Prior to joining Georgia Tech, she was a research assistant at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. She earned her Ph.D. in Science and Management of Climate Change, a M.Sc and a B.A. in Economics and Finance all from Ca’ Foscari University, Venice, Italy.
